  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: You must contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template below for clarity.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags/accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside the package. Ship to:

  4. Track Your Return: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  5. Inspection and Completion: Once received, we will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days and notify you via email to proceed with your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchange: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply to the new shipment.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health, safety, and quality of our products for all gardeners, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Perishable & Live Goods: Products such as Grass Seed and Wildflower Mix, Turf and Grass Seed, and other live plants or seeds, due to their perishable nature and specific storage requirements.
  • Custom/Cut Products: Items that have been cut, custom-sized, or specifically prepared to your order (e.g., cut-to-size Fencing and Sleepers).
  • Opened or Used Products: Any product not in its original, resalable condition (e.g., opened bags of Topsoil and Compost, Sand, Cement and Hardcore, Bark and Mulch).
  • Samples: The Samples category consists of small, complimentary, or low-cost material samples and is final sale.

Exception: If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order of Coal and Logs, Rock Salt and Grit Bins, or any product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, return, or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if necessary.
