• Building & Landscaping Foundations: DandyBlox Concrete Blocks, Natural Stone Paving, Fencing and Sleepers, Sand, Cement and Hardcore.
• Soil & Growth Enhancers: Topsoil and Compost, Bark and Mulch, Grass Seed and Wildflower Mix, Turf and Grass Seed.
• Seasonal & Functional Supplies: Coal and Logs, Rock Salt and Grit Bins, Gravel and Slate.
• Convenience Services: Click and Collect, Samples (for inspection purposes).

We strive for accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur in natural products.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Placing an Order

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of order. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

3.3 Shipping & Delivery

Your Shipping Obligation: You must provide a complete and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

• Order Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by destination customs processes. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Shipping Regions: We ship globally but exclude some remote areas in Asia and other locations we deem logistically unfeasible. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for eligible items.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

4.2 Our Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your authorized return (within 3-5 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method for the item’s purchase price within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped after return approval.
